Very user friendly! I can honestly say my expertise in reading is not in reading novels. I am a get to the point and give me instructions to get the job done type of guy. This book does that excellently. Amy clearly uses her higher education and literary background and language skills to bring to light in a straight forward and stylish fashion the benefits of being a Super Guest. If I can coin that phrase. In her guide, I can go to the section the most intrigues me at the moment and still feel it is a part of the whole guide. The art is well designed and laid out and fits each category perfectly. I am definitely looking for her next work on being an Airbnb host. One of my next endeavors. This guide greatly promotes Airbnb and the community that makes it a worldwide option for travel.Product details

I never thought much about my responsibilities as a Airbnb guest. Amy's book made me realize that their are many different kinds of hosts. Some of them do it for the money that's true, but many others are seeking some else. It is for you to find out what that is by establishing a dialog with your host starting with your profile and your very first message. Amy shares many personal experience that really shows how AirBnB is different from the hotel experience.
I love a book full of useful information that is also a pleasure to read!
Really enjoyed the way the book is laid out and how the author shares her wisdom in a warm, conversational way.
Having never used Airbnb, I found the lists and tips really helpful, and appreciated the fact that it is not overwritten or dry.

Are you a student who likes to travel around during break, a trailblazer who like adventure, a modern girl who doesn't need a fixed home or just a busy geeky guy who has to move around a lot. Worry no more, this book got you covered!!!! I have to admit, I had little to no knowledge about renting places when I travel until I read this book. Imagine a quantum physics book that is written in kindergarten language, that is how this book is. It is really easy to read and useful information that can save you time, money and troubles!
Cool book! I think this book is perfect for someone that's feeling uneasy about using airbnb while traveling. Personally I find hotels kinda pricey and impersonal and always wanted to look into airbnbs but I was scared to choose the wrong one. This guide helps with choosing the right place for your budget, style, personality and to really figure out what kind of experience you're looking to get out of your travels. It even brought up some options that i didnt even know i had a preference in which I know will definitely make my stays more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book having been both a host and a guest through AirBnB myself. What I found most helpful was the author's personal experiences and what happened in those particular situations, unpredictable things, that the novice would never imagine, but after reading this book would make one more prepared. The author quite clearly discovered by trial and error how to attract the best people for her particular situation and how to make the experience of hosting guests a mutually satisfying one. BUT, by far the biggest reason I loved this book so much, was the underlying message that I received, which was the practical, progressive steps that she took to make it work, that in any particular situation in life, anybody could work hard at applying to bring the desired success.
I have been intrigued with the concept of Airbnb for a long time and have enjoyed perusing the website looking at all the beautiful lodging opportunities. Some are quite stunning. However, I could never quite bring myself to book a stay and instead go to my comfort zone - the hotel room. I had resistance because I did not have enough information to match my comfort zone.
That is no longer the case. I want to thank the author for writing such a holistic and informative book on the topic of Airbnb. I love that this book included so much info (training) for guests to make the most out of their stay. The author provides many resources that assist in ensuring you are ready to embark on the Airbnb train. I look forward to booking my first stay! Thanks, Ms. Lentricchia.
As a frequent user of Airbnb, I found this easy-to-read guide extremely helpful! Even though I've booked through Airbnb many times, I've noticed that I have had several experiences of being disappointed because I didn't have a vision of what I wanted or didn't read the reviews carefully enough. This book gives extremely handy checklists and guides to help envision and become clear about what you're looking for in an Airbnb - and to make sure that you get that. It also provides many practical tips about how Airbnb works, which will save a lot of time - especially for newbies to Airbnb (but also for those of us who have used it).
I've also thought about becoming a host, and I loved how the author shares her personal experiences and "do"s and "don't"s for both guests and hosts.
I learned a lot from this useful guide, and I highly recommend it!
